dietaries
Due to the unique nature and intricacy of our ever-changing menu, we want guests to delight in the Midsummer experience as it was originally envisioned. Every dish is lovingly and skilfully curated and every ingredient has its own part to play, so we try to avoid making unnecessary modifications when accommodating specific dietary requirements.
It is the responsibility of the lead guest to confirm any specific requirements. This should always be done ahead of booking and should include the whole party. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate any dietaries or accessibility requests that have not already been pre-booked in advance.
We are not able to amend the menu for ‘preferences’ but we are able to accommodate common ‘dietaries and allergies’ including vegetarian, pescatarian, coeliacs, nut-free, alcohol-free and shellfish-free, but these must be booked in advance. Nevertheless, whilst we take great care, we cannot promise an allergen-free environment due to the size of our kitchen. Please always mention any concerns and allergies in advance.
Some of the following ingredients are ingrained throughout the menu, and we are unfortunately unable to change even upon request: vinegars, onion, citrus, celery, garlic, dairy and eggs.
Important: Foods in this restaurant are processed in a kitchen that produces dishes with milk, wheat, soybean, fish, nuts, eggs, and egg products.
